In the context of customer retention programmes we offer the realisation of customer, dealer or employee satisfaction surveys with customised online reporting systems

Nationally and internationally, we work for companies in the automotive and finance sector as well as industries such as hardware, software, consumer goods, services etc.


As with our automotive studies, all steps of the project, from data collection through to reporting, are conducted in-house.

As far as reporting is concerned, we place special emphasis on the use of modern charts to allow all data users to recognise the essential findings at first sight, despite the results' complexity.
